Calling Window
Definition
The hours during which telemarketing calls are permitted, measured in the recipient's local time rather than the caller's. The federal window is 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and several states impose narrower hours. Aged lead lists are usually multi-state, so the window has to be applied per record.
