Fresh Consent
Definition
Permission a prospect gives to your company directly, today, with your name in the disclosure and a timestamp against it. Fresh consent is stronger than consent acquired with a lead record and is the basis for texting, automation and higher-frequency follow-up. Earning it is the goal of the Fresh-Consent Ladder.
