Lead Spoilage

Definition

The share of a purchased batch that becomes unworkable before you contact anyone — numbers on the Do Not Call registry, records that match an existing customer or open quote, and anything your CRM rejects on its own rules. Aged inventory is generally sold as-is rather than credited back, because the discount already assumes spoilage. Model it before you buy.
