Suppression List
Definition
Your own record of everyone who must not be contacted — opt-outs, prior complaints, litigators, current customers and anyone else excluded by policy. It is separate from the national Do Not Call registry and it is yours to maintain. Scrub every batch against it before sending, and honor an opt-out in your own database rather than only inside the tool that sent the message.
