Our Take

Re-verified against ileads.com on 2026-10-05, and two things in our earlier profile were wrong. iLeads is not CoreLogic-owned — it sat inside First American from 2001, went public with the CoreLogic spin-off in 2010, and management bought it back in 2012, taking the data infrastructure with it. And it does sell aged leads, which our profile did not credit it for. Revive buys aged internet leads from aggregator partners, matches each one to title-grade property records, drops the 40-50% whose collateral cannot support a loan, and sells you the rest; LeadsDirect sells single aged leads from live inventory at up to 80% off retail, with no minimum. The pitch is that age is the wrong sort column — a 120-day lead on clean equity beats a 30-day lead on a property that cannot carry the loan. They publish match-back findings across 40 orders: about 1 in 7 aged Revive leads records a funded mortgage, roughly two-thirds of those fund with a lender other than the original real-time buyer, and about three in four fund within six months. Read those as the vendor's own analysis of its own batches, not an independent audit. The same engine also runs backwards over leads you already hold — GateKeeper scores inbound leads by API before the first call, Performance is a free match-back that tells a mortgage lender which of its leads funded and with whom, and Recapture works an existing aged book. The real cost of entry is opacity: no pricing is published anywhere except LeadsDirect, so the core products start with a booked call, and the compliance story is deliberately framed as a handling discipline rather than a certification. Worth a conversation if you buy aged mortgage leads in volume and want the property read before you pay. The solo agent buying 200 leads a month now has a door in through LeadsDirect that did not exist when we first rated them.
